I'm Dr Elodie Eisenberg, a Counselling Psychologist specialising in trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. I trained in both the NHS and private practice, and I draw on evidence-based approaches — including EMDR, DBT, and CFT — tailored to what each person actually needs.Whether you're carrying something from the past or struggling with the present, I'm here to help you find your way forward.

Individual Therapy

Sometimes we just need a space that's entirely our own — somewhere to be honest about what's really going on, without worrying about the impact on others. Individual therapy offers exactly that.
Together, we'll work to understand the roots of what you're experiencing and build practical tools to help you navigate it. I draw on approaches including DBT, CBT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy, tailored to what works best for you.

EMDR Therapy
120€/h
EMDR — Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing — is one of the most well-researched treatments for trauma and PTSD. It works by helping your brain process distressing memories that have become "stuck," so they no longer trigger the same intensity of pain or fear.
Unlike talking therapies, EMDR doesn't require you to describe traumatic events in detail. Many people find this a relief. It can be deeply effective for both single-incident trauma and more complex, long-standing experiences.
Can help with: PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, phobias, grief, emotional distress from past events.
Couples/Family Therapy

Relationships are some of the most rewarding — and most challenging — parts of life. When patterns of conflict, distance, or miscommunication take hold, it can feel like things will never change. They can.
Using Relational Life Therapy (RLT), I work with couples and families to understand what's driving tension beneath the surface, and to build new ways of connecting. The goal isn't to assign blame — it's to help you understand each other more deeply and find a way forward together.
Can help with: Communication breakdown, recurring conflict, intimacy difficulties, separation, co-parenting, rebuilding trust.
