About Dr Elodie Eisenberg
Dr Elodie Eisenberg is a Counselling Psychologist dedicated to providing compassionate and collaborative care to young people and adults navigating mental health challenges. With a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and experience working in both the NHS and private practice, she has supported individuals facing difficulties such as PTSD, emotion dysregulation, eating disorders, anxiety and depression.
Elodie's individual practice draws on evidence-based therapies like Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Treatment of Eating Disorders (CBT-E), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). She is also trained in trauma-focused approaches, including DBT-Prolonged Exposure Protocol, and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Elodie also work closely with parents and carers, offering coaching and guidance to help them feel more confident in supporting their loved ones, and provides couples therapy using Relational Life Therapy (RLT).
What motivates her most is creating a safe and understanding space for people to feel heard and supported. Elodie believes in working together to help her clients build resilience, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful change. Whether she is offering individual and couples therapy, or working with families, her approach is always grounded in compassion and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. Elodie's hope is to empower you with the tools and understanding you need to navigate life’s challenges.
Beyond her clinical work, Elodie has a background in research and specialist training on MSc programs, focusing on DBT and developmental psychopathology.
